國(guó)內(nèi)首家國(guó)家級(jí)氫能動(dòng)力質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)中心1月9日在重慶建成投用。該中心由中國(guó)汽車(chē)工程研究院股份有限公司投資建設(shè)，致力于推動(dòng)中國(guó)氫燃料電池汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。

National Hydrogen Power Quality Inspection and Testing Center, an organization dedicated to boosting the development of China's hydrogen fuel-cell vehicle industry, started operation on Jan 9 in Chongqing Municipality. The center, the first of its kind in China, was established by China Automotive Engineering Research Institute Co., Ltd.

氫燃料電池是氫能產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要載體和典范應(yīng)用，具備綠色環(huán)保、能量轉(zhuǎn)換率高、續(xù)駛里程長(zhǎng)等優(yōu)勢(shì)。目前市場(chǎng)上氫燃料電池產(chǎn)品良莠不齊，加強(qiáng)氫燃料電池汽車(chē)的測(cè)試評(píng)價(jià)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作較為迫切。

2019年7月，國(guó)家市場(chǎng)監(jiān)督管理總局批準(zhǔn)中國(guó)汽車(chē)工程研究院股份有限公司成立首家國(guó)家氫能動(dòng)力質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)中心。該氫能中心一期項(xiàng)目投資5億元建設(shè)，規(guī)劃建設(shè)了氫能整車(chē)、氫燃料電池、動(dòng)力總成等多個(gè)試驗(yàn)室，可提供氫燃料電池整車(chē)、關(guān)鍵零部件及氫氣品質(zhì)等的檢測(cè)服務(wù)，檢測(cè)范圍覆蓋氫能全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈；還可提供氫燃料電池電堆、氫燃料電池系統(tǒng)等領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)咨詢(xún)服務(wù)。

國(guó)家氫能動(dòng)力質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)中心將發(fā)揮檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定、科技研發(fā)等服務(wù)作用，進(jìn)一步提升國(guó)內(nèi)氫燃料電池汽車(chē)的測(cè)試評(píng)價(jià)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作能力，為我國(guó)能源和汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提供有力保障。

A green and low-carbon economy and society are crucial to high-quality development. We must work faster to adjust and improve the industrial structure, the energy mix, and the composition of the transportation sector. We will implement a comprehensive conservation strategy, conserve resources of all types and use them efficiently, and move faster to put in place a system for recycling waste and used materials. Fiscal, taxation, financial, investment, and pricing policies and systems of standards will be improved to support green development. We will boost green and low-carbon industries and improve the system for market-based allocation of resources and environmental factors. We will accelerate the R&D, promotion, and application of advanced energy-saving and carbon emission reduction technologies, encourage green consumption, and promote green and low-carbon ways of production and life.
