2024年10月21日，中共中央、國(guó)務(wù)院發(fā)布關(guān)于深化產(chǎn)業(yè)工人隊(duì)伍建設(shè)改革的意見(jiàn)，提出力爭(zhēng)到2035年，培養(yǎng)造就2000名左右大國(guó)工匠、10000名左右省級(jí)工匠、50000名左右市級(jí)工匠。

Through deepening reforms in the building of its industrial workforce, the country aims to foster approximately 2,000 national-level master artisans, 10,000 provincial-level master artisans and 50,000 city-level master artisans who are highly knowledgeable and have high levels of technical and innovative skills by 2035, according to a set of guidelines issued by the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council on October 21, 2024.

【知識(shí)點(diǎn)】

傳統(tǒng)意義上的工匠可理解為“手藝人”，即具有專(zhuān)門(mén)技藝特長(zhǎng)的手工業(yè)勞動(dòng)者?，F(xiàn)在對(duì)工匠的理解除了手藝人之外，還包括技術(shù)工人或普通熟練工人。一般認(rèn)為，工匠精神包括高超的技藝和精湛的技能，嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)細(xì)致、專(zhuān)注負(fù)責(zé)的工作態(tài)度，精雕細(xì)琢、精益求精的工作理念，以及對(duì)職業(yè)的認(rèn)同感、責(zé)任感。2020年11月，在全國(guó)勞動(dòng)模范和先進(jìn)工作者表彰大會(huì)上，習(xí)近平總書(shū)記這樣闡釋工匠精神的深刻內(nèi)涵：“執(zhí)著專(zhuān)注、精益求精、一絲不茍、追求卓越”。

近年來(lái)，從推動(dòng)技能轉(zhuǎn)型，積極應(yīng)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)和產(chǎn)業(yè)變革，到強(qiáng)化協(xié)同培育，提升人才培養(yǎng)與配置效率，再到優(yōu)化開(kāi)展新型學(xué)徒制，實(shí)施“新八級(jí)工”職業(yè)技能等級(jí)制度，一系列制度設(shè)計(jì)有力推動(dòng)了大國(guó)工匠脫穎而出。

《中共中央 國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于深化產(chǎn)業(yè)工人隊(duì)伍建設(shè)改革的意見(jiàn)》明確主要目標(biāo)：力爭(zhēng)到2035年，培養(yǎng)造就2000名左右大國(guó)工匠、10000名左右省級(jí)工匠、50000名左右市級(jí)工匠，以培養(yǎng)更多大國(guó)工匠和各級(jí)工匠人才為引領(lǐng)，帶動(dòng)一流產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)工人隊(duì)伍建設(shè)，為以中國(guó)式現(xiàn)代化全面推進(jìn)強(qiáng)國(guó)建設(shè)、民族復(fù)興偉業(yè)提供有力人才保障和技能支撐。
